The Airport Board of Directors operates in accordance with the Airport Joint Operations Agreement between the City of Yakima and Yakima County.

Certain Airport Operations are covered in the Yakima Municipal Code, Chapter 1.92, titled Yakima Air Terminal.  These included Fuel Handling, Airport Petroleum Products License and Flowage Fee, Off Airport Rental Car Business Activity, and Airport Ground Control and Security.

Board Meeting:  Board meetings are held monthly at 7:30 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month.  The Board meets in the banquet room on the second floor of the terminal building (2300 West Washington Avenue) unless otherwise announced.
