Where is the airport located?
The airport terminal building is located at 2300 West Washington Avenue, approximately three miles south of downtown Yakima. A map of the Yakima area can be found on the

How early should I be at the airport?
It is suggested that you are at the airport
at least one hour before your scheduled departure time.
What can I take aboard the aircraft in my checked bags and carry on bags?
You can call the airline at 1-800-547-9308 (Horizon/Alaska), or check the
Transportation Security Administration's web site.
Are rental cars available in the terminal building?
Budget and
Hertz rental car companies are located in the main lobby of the terminal. Budget's telephone number is 509-248-6767 and Hertz's number is 509-452-9965. Budget also offers truck rental at the airport.
Airport Parking?
Both long term and short term parking is provided directly adjacent to the terminal building.
There are six metered short term passenger pick-up and drop-off spots on the circle drive in front of the terminal building. The charge is $0.25 for 15 minutes.
The public parking lot is operated by Standard Parking (509-452-6472). Their rates are:
0-20 minutes - Free
21 minutes to 1 hour - $1.50
1 to 2 hours - $3.00
2 to 3 hours - $4.00
3 to 4 hours - $5.00
4 to 5 hours - $6.00
5 to 24 hours - $8.00
Max Daily Rate - $8.00
Is food and beverage service available in the terminal?
Vending machines are located in the baggage claim area and in the secure concourse providing both drinks and snacks.
There are pay phones in the lobby and one in the secure concourse.
Where do I find a taxi?
Taxi cabs are usually parked just outside the front door of the terminal building. If a cab is not available, you can use the kiosk or telephone to request a cab. Most of the local hotels will provide transportation to and from the airport free of charge.
